**Job description**:
Role**: Sales Coordinator (Temp to perm)**
Pay Rate**: £11.50 per hour.**
Working Pattern**: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week**
Location**: Chester Business Park**
**Role Overview**:
This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who is seeking a first step or a move into a sales role environment.
Due to an increase in our online car sales and high volumes of customer calls, we are seeking somebody who can join our sales team for an initial period of 3 - 6 months (possibly leading to a permanent role), to contact customers and help with our marketing campaigns.
Full training will be provided on the role.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Work actively on telephone campaigns to engage with new customers.
- Completing outbound and inbound customer calls aiming to generate new registrations and active buyers.
- Contact non-purchasing customers to reengage promoting the business and its services.
- Support our marketing campaigns to convert customer leads.
- Assist with new customers onboarding journey.
- Complete calls to promote and educate new customers on company products.
- Assist in converting new customers into active buyers.
- Maintain and update systems to reflect accurate customer information.
- Support our customers with any relevant account issues or queries.
**Must haves**:
- Must have an excellent and professional phone manner.
- Previous sales/customer service experience ideal.
- Be able to work independently and be very self-motivated.
- High levels of initiative.
- Must have excellent IT skills on excel/word/databases.
- Previous Salesforce or similar database system experience would be advantageous.
