**The Job Role**
- Taking meetings and events sales enquiries and converting the business for the Hotel. Up selling every enquiry to maximise revenue
- Support within the reservations and business development department
- Developing new opportunities and the existing client base
- A mixed role including both Proactive & Reactive Sales activities
- To manage the full event process from initial enquiry to obtaining final details and handing over efficiently to the operations department
- To develop and maximise repeat business to increase revenue for the meetings and events department
**The Requirements**
- The experienced meetings and events sales executive will ensure maximum sales conversion of all enquiries at the hotel
- Be able to handle a busy sales environment with high volume
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all information is accurately entered into the system
- A keen attitude to go beyond expectations and deliver exceptional customer service
