**The HRIS Specialist / MI Data Analyst** is responsible for providing system support & problem resolution in relation to all HR systems, HR reporting, production and analysis of MI using HR data, supporting HR process reviews and optimisation,and new system or functionality implementations.
Using previous experience gained in a HR MI Data Analyst role, within a HR Function; knowledge of robust business analysis techniques, along with advanced Excel skills; and experience in using modern BI tools, you will play a key role in developing, and deliveringkey metrics and indicators that will help us track our people strategy and plans and driving system improvements.
The role will be responsible for mapping and documenting all HR processes, ensuring that the relevant operational KPIs are identified, generated, and reported upon.
This role also provides key support on the annual pay and bonus process and will include the production and analysis of remuneration and benefit data.
**Skills / Experience**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Analytical and numerical
- Proven track record in managing and delivering high quality, accurate and timely HR information, accurate data analysis and reports for internal/external stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR systems and optimising existing and new modules
- Advanced MS Excel
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and with external system providers
- Ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines
- Positive approach and 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Experience of HR processes and creating and finalising work flows

**Essential**
- Working knowledge of Sage HRIS
- Project management experience and full understanding of end-to-end project lifecycles
