Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.00
I am currently working with a pension's giant based in Crawley. Due to an internal promotion they are looking for a fantastic addition to their HR Team.
This role would suit someone with HR experience looking to work for a company who offer great career prospects and will also pay for your to Level 3 and level 5 CIPD.
This is a great opportunity for somewhere to build a career with a clear career path including supporting you financially on your exams and qualifications.
The Role
You will support the HR Business Partners as well as the rest of the HR team.
Experience in a HR role is essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- updating data and records
- managing HR documents including contracts of employment
- running reports from the database
- data transfer to payroll
- Preparing, checking and sending out documentation including offers of employment, contractual changes, leavers
- Completing the referencing and checking procedures for new starters, including the new starter and periodic checks under the Fit & Proper regulations
- Responding to reference requests, for leavers as well as mortgage or rent references for current employees
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees and line managers
