We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior HR Generalist to join our client's dynamic HR team for a 15-month Fixed Term Contract, covering maternity leave. Reporting to the UK HR Operations Partner, you will provide HR operations support across a key business line. You will be a key contact for around 200 employees, providing support to managers on performance management and continuous development.

About the Role:

  • As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, training and development, and recruitment.
  • You will collaborate with different departments to ensure effective HR practises and policies are in place, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, provide HR guidance, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience working at a senior advisor or generalist level.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Advanced user of Excel and confident in reporting and compiling data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • HR certification (e.g. CIPD) is preferred but not mandatory.
