The growing human resources team work collaboratively across the UK & Ireland, providing expert advice, knowledge, and support in all aspects of employee relations, people management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning & development, and otherHR initiatives & activities, whilst offering general assistance to all employees and managers.

Company size: Approx. 700 employees - experience in a high volume company preferred but not required.

Location: Crawley

Hybrid Working - On-site 3 days, remote 2 days.
