**Main duties**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate financial services or products
- Process customer orders, payments, and refunds accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
**So then who are you?**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using IT Packages
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, especially in the financial services industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and patience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
