**Positions**: 2 (12 month FTC and Permanent Part Time)

**Location**: Milton Keynes - Hybrid (3+2)

**Salary**: £22500 - £24000 DOE

**Contract Type: 12 month - Fixed Term Contract**

You will competently handle a variety of queries ranging from; log in issues and new claim requests through to policy amendments and cancellations and be a team player to help achieve team success.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience of working within a customer service environment
- Experience of handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls in a customer service environment would be an advantage.
- Experience and confidence in handling and resolving customer queries at first point of contact
- Ability to establish and collate information from a variety of sources to provide individually tailored customer solutions.
- Have an intermediate level of numeracy in order to confidently deal with statistics, produce standardised management information and calculate customer’s premium or claim payments.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
