HR Support Assistant

An established business on the outskirts of Bradford City Centre is looking to recruit a standalone, HR support. (This is a site based role)
Monday - Friday 8.30-4.00
22-28K depending on level of HR experience
BD1
You could be a graduate looking for your first role, or a more experienced HR professional. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR documentation, and supporting recruitment processes using industry best practices.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- A degree in HR Management preferred (or related field)
- CIPD or working towards
- HR experience within an SME preferred
- Experience of administering HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding and ER
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases
**Day to day duties and responsibilities (depending on level of experience)**:
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and regulations by accurately administering HR-related documentation, including contracts of employment, offer letters, and company policies.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, including induction programmes and training.
- Providing guidance and support in employee relations matters, aligning actions with diversity and inclusion principles and ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Utilising HR metrics and analytics to assess and improve HR processes, such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and databases using HRIS, ensuring data privacy and security in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Supporting HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee engagement and well-being.
- Staying informed about emerging trends and developments in HR, incorporating relevant changes into HR practices and policies as needed.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
