Job Title: Administrative Assistant - HR Department

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our HR department at CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd. This role involves providing administrative support to the HR team and contributing to the effectiveness and efficiency of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and communicating with candidates.
  • Manage holiday and sickness absence records, maintaining accurate data.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Note taking at investigation and disciplinary meetings.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources position.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office.
  • Experience with HR databases.

Salary:£25,000 - £28,000 per annum
