- Oversee the administration of treatments, ensuring a holistic approach that may include root cause analysis, personalised medicine, psychological support, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Champion an area of specialist expertise within holistic healthcare, guiding both patients and team members in this domain.
- Engage in strategic planning and development of clinic services to enhance patient care and treatment efficacy.
- Lead educational initiatives for patients on naturopathic principles, empowering them in their journey to optimal health.
- Ensure meticulous patient record-keeping, reflecting all aspects of care and treatment progress.
- Stay abreast of advancements in naturopathic and holistic medicine, integrating cutting-edge practices into the clinic’s offerings.
- Chair regular team meetings, promote interdisciplinary case reviews, and facilitate professional development sessions.

**Qualifications**
- Licentiate in a specialist branch of Holistic Medicine
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology or similar.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of enhancing team performance and patient outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at creating trust and rapport with a diverse patient base.
- Strong commitment to personal and professional growth in a specialism of naturopathic medicine and psychology.
- Substantial experience in integrated medicine leadership, ideally within a premier health clinic or private practice setting.
- Expert knowledge of naturopathic principles, holistic therapies, and wellness strategies.
- Proficient in Patient record management and documentation.
