About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior clinical role and lead our team in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Advanced Clinical Practitioners in delivering clinical care to patients
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Advanced Clinical Practice MSc accredited by the Centre for Advancing Practice
  • Professional UK registration (NMC/HCPC)
  • Independent non-medical prescribing or pharmacology level 7 profession relevant qualification
  • Teaching and Assessing qualification or equivalent/mentorship qualification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
