Join Our Team as a Clinical Lead

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable nurse to work as a Clinical Lead in our Complex and Learning Disability, Autism and Mental Health services. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in providing direct support to staff teams, candidate education, and skill competency development.

A Typical Working Day

As a Clinical Lead, you can expect visits to clients' homes, clinical reviews, team meetings, and clinical documentation reviews. You may conduct supervisions, behavioural data evaluation, and intervention development. The role of a Clinical Lead is client-facing, so there are opportunities to build professional working relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to staff teams, including education and skill competency development
  • Attend meetings with healthcare professionals, family members, and internal teams
  • Conduct initial assessments of clients' needs to inform package preparation
  • Develop clinical documentation
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

When visiting clients' homes, you will check their general wellbeing to ensure they are happy and content with everything taking place in their home. You will observe how clients interact with each other, assessing their body language, facial expressions, tone of voice, and activity engagement to establish a sense of their comfort within our care.
