About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, leading the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical team in the delivery of patient care, ensuring that services are provided in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital admissions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring that they are evidence-based and aligned with best practice.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
Requirements
  • Advanced Clinical Practice MSc accredited by the Centre for Advancing Practice.
  • Professional UK registration with the NMC or HCPC.
  • Independent non-medical prescribing or pharmacology level 7 profession-relevant qualification.
  • Teaching and Assessing qualification or equivalent/mentorship qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
