Royal Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom Easybook Training Limited Full time

Easybook Training are the UK’s leading Health & Safety booking agency for safety training courses. We are looking for a quick thinking, proactive individual who’s good at multi-tasking and keen to join our fast-paced established team here in central Tunbridge Wells. The role is office based from Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5pm.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Use our bespoke CRM system to add and update training courses which are live on the Easybook Training website
- Ensure training partner compliance documentation are kept in-date
- Add new training partners and venues to the CRM
- Regular liaison with our training centres to confirm delegate attendance
- Scanning, filing and processing delegate certification
- Management of outstanding certification and pre-requisite lists
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Overflow support for the sales team answering incoming calls
- Occasional inputting support for our accounts team

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration role
- Excellent attention to detail
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
- Flexible and proactive attitude
- Full training will be provided on our bespoke CRM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
