Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Pay: £11.44 - £12ph

Contract Details: Temporary, 3 months

Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our clients team and support their document retention procedure. This is a temporary position for 3 months, offering flexible working hours and a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in scanning and sorting through boxes of archiving.
Ensure accurate labelling and filing of documents.
Maintain an organised and efficient archive system.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet project deadlines.
Follow established protocols and procedures.
Complete administrative tasks as assigned.Skills and Qualifications:

No qualifications necessary, just good attention to detail, organisational skills, and basic IT skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent time management skills
Strong communication skills
A valid driving licence is required due to the location of the office*Please note that an Enhanced DBS check is required for this role, and we will process and cover the cost for this application*
