**Role Overview**: As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator at the Enderby House, you will play a crucial role in driving our pub’s growth and reputation. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for the hospitality industry will help us reach new heights. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring our brand presence is strong and engaging.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Craft and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with our brand and attract diverse audiences.
- Manage social media channels, creating engaging content and growing our online community.
- Coordinate with designers and external agencies to produce promotional materials.
- ** Sales Growth and Client Engagement**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including events, private bookings, and corporate partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Analyze sales data to inform strategies and maximize revenue.
- ** Event Planning and Promotion**:

- Organize and promote events, from themed nights and live music to private functions and community gatherings.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- ** Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
- ** Brand Management**:

- Uphold and enhance the the Enderby House brand through consistent messaging and high-quality customer interactions.
- Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding appropriately to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub or restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
