**The role**:
The University of Bristol are looking to appoint a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems Support Assistant.
Based within Home Recruitment and Conversion in External Relations, you will be a key member of the team responsible for the University’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities.
**What will you be doing?**:
- You will work closely with members of the CRM team, providing systems support in delivering a professional suite of applicant and enquirer communications supporting student recruitment.
- You will be responsible for maintaining the MS Dynamics CRM system, importing and exporting data, and any necessary troubleshooting.
- You will work with members of the wider Home Recruitment and Conversion team to provide systems and data support for various projects.
- The role holder will spend most of their time utilising Microsoft Dynamics to import external data, clean data and export data for analysis and modelling purposes. To help support knowledge, on-the-job training, via manuals, videos, and shadowing, will help contextualise the use of the system within the Directorate.
- The role holder will support the Data and Reporting Officer (Recruitment and Conversion) in creating and maintaining advanced finds within Microsoft Dynamics to export key data points that will be used within larger data sources to build visualisations pertinent to the Home Recruitment Team, wider External Relations and other internal stakeholders. The Assistant will be responsible for managing scheduled weekly exports from Dynamics and running refreshes of key data visualisations to inform External Relations.
- The role holder typically will be responsible for identifying and fixing any problems with datasets, either within Dynamics already or import files that are awaiting upload to the system.
- The role holder will fulfil the responsibilities of the role by becoming an expert in the CRM system.
We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, has great attention to detail, and experience in working with data. Problem solving skills are essential, as are organisation skills and the ability to communicate complex issues to a variety of users.
