Do you have a solid customer care background combine with technical expertise?

Juice is excited to be working with an innovative technology and software organisation who require an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team on an interim basis.

You will be responsible for leading their 1st line customer support team to provide excellent customer service and facilitate the resolution of all issues.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will have a solid customer care background combined with some technical experience.

This role will initially be a 3-month interim post to support a programme of improvements underway with the support function of the business. There is a possibility this could be extended and even result in a permanent position.

**You Will Be**:

- Manage the helpdesk 1st line team and evaluate performance
- Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
- Recruit, train and support helpdesk agents
- Set specific customer service standards
- Actively respond to queries and handle complaints
- Establish best practices throughout the 1st line support process
- Develop daily weekly and monthly reports on 1st line helpdesk productivity
- Available to start immediately

**You Will Need**:

- Proven experience as a customer service or help desk manager
- Hands on experience with helpdesk and agent software
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team management skills

**Benefits**:

- Hourly rate: £15.38 - £17.95 (equivalent £30,000 - £35,000pa)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, with 1 hour for lunch
- Holiday pay entitlement
