CK Group are recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join a diagnostics company to be based in Bristol on a contract basis for 6 months. The role is hybrid 1-2 days on customer site in Bristol.
**Salary**:
Hourly £28.72 PAYE or £38.10 UMB
**Customer Account Manager Role**:

- You will manage the exit from the current contract with customer ensuring all documentation is completed in full.
- Act as an effective liaison as the main point of contact for the customer.
- Understands the needs of all stakeholders to ensure clear communication and contractual responsibility.
- Identify unresolved problems and risks and take actions to mitigate them.
- You will be responsible for contracts delivery assigned primarily within a defined geographical area.

**Your Background**:

- Some Project Management experience / qualification would be beneficial.
- Full valid Driving License is essential.
- You will have strong rapport-building skills and communication skills (both verbal and non verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion to lead a team of experts.
- Ability to make good, timely and financially sound decisions in uncertain or pressurised situations on a consistent basis.
