**_About the role_**
- As our new Lending Support Adviser as part of our team in the Peterborough, you’ll provide analytical and administrative support to the Lending Managers in order to grow our presence in the Commercial Lending business. _
- You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, including supporting the lending managers with assessing lending proposals and valuation reports._
- This is a role that will place you at the heart of the way we do business, and you’ll be provided with the support you need to succeed**_About you _**
- You’ll need an appreciation of commercial lending and the products we offer as well as relish a dynamic and fast paced workload, this’ll be coupled with; _
- _Great customer service skills, and the ability to deal with a wide range of commercial customers and brokers_
- _ Adaptable to a changing environment as the team and business expands_
- _ Great communication skills with experience of working with internal and external stakeholders_
- _ An excellent eye for detail, and a flair for data and analysis_
