**We are looking for a Client Liaison Administrator to join our Client Liaison Team.**

Our Client Liaison Team is the first point of contact for all our clients, providing customer care to our clients, both existing and new. These are exciting times for us, and our business is growing at pace.

The essentials - what you can expect to be doing daily:

- Be the first point of contact for all our clients.
- Provide customer care to existing clients and after sales care to new clients.
- Deal with range of client queries and provide full resolution end to end.
- Manage all administration relating to client care and after sales paperwork & site set up.

**Experience and Skills required**:

- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience.
- Experience in customer service Call Centre environment.
- Excellent telephone manner and good command of the English language both spoken and written as you will speak to clients on a regular basis.
- Team player with excellent people skills.
- Organised, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Advanced word, excel and PowerPoint experience is also essential.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
