**What will you be doing?**: We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Plan Redemption Team. Acting as the first point of contact for customers redeeming funeral plans, you’ll provide support and empathy, as well as showing consideration for the grief that our customers may be experiencing.

The Funeral Plan Redemption Administrator will provide an efficient service in line with agreed performance and quality standards, FCA regulation and our internal policies and processes.

You’ll be liaising with internal and external customers as well as third-party plan providers.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for data entry regarding the redemption of pre-paid funeral plans, in the Plan Management System, the Online Plan portal and Third-Party Redemption data spreadsheets.

You’ll help support with reporting and monitoring as well as maintaining records to make sure all dealings with customers are correctly recorded in line with FCA requirements.

Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll be supporting colleagues in the delivery of team objectives
- which may include working on projects and contributing to the continuous improvement processes.

You’ll help ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are understood as well as their impact on day-to-day processes. This will include making sure that customer queries are resolved within the agreed SLAs.

This is a hybrid role which will see you working a mixture of at home as well from our Support Centre in Lichfield.
**How will I know if I am right for this role?**:
We are looking for a customer focused individual, who can show good attention to detail as well as demonstrate empathy to customers

Ideally, you will have previous experience in an administrator role and be experienced with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software.

You’ll need to be self-motivated as well as an enthusiastic team player and be able to effectively manage your own time.

Strong organisation and communication skills are essential.
