**What will you be doing?**: We are looking for an experienced Coordinator/Supervisor to join our Plan Redemption Team to help with the day-to-day management of the team.

With an understanding of the requirements of operating within an FCA regulated environment, you’ll be helping to make sure that all team activities are both in line with our Finance Shared Services vision as well as within FCA regulations.

Working with key internal and external customers on all matters relating to plan administration, you’ll help make sure a high standard of delivery is provided, whilst also ensuring that delivery and prioritisation of all services are within resource allocation and delivery of all functions within SLAs.

You’ll be acting as an escalation point in resolving complex internal and external customer queries and will need to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to make sure that all discrepancies and queries are managed efficiently within agreed timescales.

In addition to the day-to-day line management of the team, you’ll also be providing annual colleague development and performance management plans.

You’ll help support the team and collaboratively work together on process improvement. You’ll help make a difference by coaching and encouraging the team to identify opportunities for process efficiencies.

You’ll need to provide reports on Management Information and Quality Assurance as well as updating and implementing new policies when required.

**How will I know if I am right for this role?**:
We are looking for a self-starter who is experienced with Financial systems i.e. Agresso and who has previous coordinator/supervisor experience.

You’ll need to be a problem solver, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ideally, you’ll have gained prior experience in both a regulated environment and a Shared Services environment. In addition to this, you’ll have experience and a strong understanding of the delivery of a good quality customer experience.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering performance against KPIs and SLAs.

Due to the nature of the role, you’ll need to be able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and have a resilient nature.

You’ll need strong coaching and communications skills and have experience of process improvement methodologies.
