What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Project Administrator/Coordinator to come and join us as a Format Proposition and Delivery Advisor.

Proactively supporting the Format Proposition and Property teams, as Format Proposition and Delivery Advisor, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of the new store/regeneration programme for our Retail Stores and Funeral homes. This will be achieved through effective cost controls, communications and process management.

Youll maintain and coordinate the overall development programme as well as acting as gatekeeper for project approvals. Youll have responsibility for ensuring that the correct papers are collated in preparation for forums and manage the reporting post forum.

Youll help prepare and issue all team standard reporting up to the levels of Executive and Board.

As well as providing central administrative & information management support, youll also create and maintain a high-level budget tracker. Youll provide project cost reporting as well as maintaining cash flow forecasts for the development programme.

Making a positive impact to the team, youll continually look to improve processes and procedures to make sure that the development projects and reports are efficient and compliant.

Using your strong communication skills, youll be working collaboratively across all business areas to gain understanding of program delivery and acquisition team requirements.

How will I know if I am right for this role?

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a good understand of property development & construction and programme & project management, preferably within the retail sector.

Youll bring knowledge of property/building terminology as well as being skilled in MS office applications.

Financial awareness is essential, as is good written and numeracy skills.

Experience of working with MS Project & Web Design is desirable but not essential.
