We have an opportunity for a Head of Change to join our tenacious and dedicated team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for an experienced change and transformation leader who has experience of delivering the full end to end life cycle of change

A bit about the job:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will build and maintain our Global, Corporate & Speciality (GCS) Change portfolio ensuring they are compelling, challenging and they deliver great customer outcomes and cost delivery. You will own delivery, budget and governance oversight of the GCS Continuous Improvement and change budget team, whilst working collaboratively with key stakeholders to shape the future years deliverables and achieve our GCS strategic vision. Additionally, you will lead a team of 7 change consultants and aligned resources, to ensure that GCS are embedding a professional execution capability and that relevant succession and career planning occurs.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Previous insurance experience with a full understanding of the General Insurance market and ideally London Market experience- Previous experience of change and/or transformation along with proven team leadership and the ability to deliver through others- Experience of different project management approaches with the ability to identify and tailor the delivery approach based on the requirements of the project- Strong relationship management skills including stakeholder management at senior executive level- Understanding of how to define and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies as they relate to projects
