**Facilities Coordinator**
We have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time** Facilities Coordinator **to join our** C**ommercial Property Team in Bristol.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a working knowledge of Pronett and an interest in all-things maintenance and facilities to develop their career within commercial property.
You will report to our Facilities Manager and support our restaurant teams with site maintenance from repairing and replacing equipment, to restoring and reconstructing infrastructure.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated to supporting our teams, willing to get involved with projects and a has a strong ability to build relationships with contractors.
This role will suit someone who has a commercial property background, experience with working with contractors and a strong ability to deliver timely support within budget.

- Report to and work closely with our Facilities Manager
- Work with nominated contractors to provide facilities services to our sites
- Manage our internal propery management system, Pronett
- Manage planned maintenance
- Manage contractor performance & spend
- Analyse & promote sustainability within facilities
- Work on facilities projects & tenders
- Support supply chain
- Be home & Support Centre based
- Be given full training
The role will be a mixture of home-based and office working. Travel to our Bristol Support Centre will be required.
Core working hours will be 9am-5pm, Monday Friday.
