Medical Receptionist

Our practice has been rated as Good by the CQC and we take pride in delivering quality care to our patients and have a strong training and personal development ethos. We are part of North Trafford Primary Care Network one of the partners is the Clinical Director.
We are using EMIS Web and DOCMAN as our clinical system along with Ask My GP to provide digital platform to our patients
- **Greet patients** and visitors to the practice.
- **Answering incoming telephone calls**, ensuring calls are documented (where required) and redirected accordingly.
- **Book, amend and cancel patient appointment **in line with practice appointments procedures ensuing optimum efficiency of the appointment system.
- **Deal with patient queries** which may include calling hospital for copy of letters, lab reports or related.
- Ensure **all tasks sent by GPs and admin staff are dealt** on timely basis
- Ensure **clinical rooms, reception and waiting areas are kept neat and** tidy and also equipped with hand towels.
- Keep up to date **with mandatory trainings**.
- **Re-stocking of information leaflets or any other relevant information** as appropriate
- Work safely at all times in accordance with **GDPR Legislative requirements and Practice Policy** and Procedures.
- **The day shifts patterns are**:
Mornings 8:00am to 1:00pm and Afternoons 1:30pm to 6:30pm.
**NOTE**: _Flexibility for the shifts are required._
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13,546.00-£14,872.00 per year
