Digital Services Support Officer

This is a new post as part of our work to reform our Digital Services in Ayrshire and Arran and delivery of our new Digital Strategy. Working within the Digital Services ServiceDesk, you will provide a comprehensive 1st line technical telephone support service to NHS Ayrshire and Arran. You will ensure the continuous availability and efficiency of the IT clinical and administrative systems through troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of desktop hardware and software.

A HND in Computer and Network Support or equivalent is essential, as is experience supporting desktop hardware and software, including Remote access solutions.

Knowledge and experience of supporting Microsoft products including Office 365 also essential.

**Location**: Hybrid Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday

Car driver/owner is essential
