Service Coordinator

As Service Coordinator you will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional after sales service to our customers ensuring they are always kept informed. You will case manage several customer enquiries through to resolution which will involve diagnosing the root cause and taking the necessary actions to resolve.
Our offices are based in Huntingdon and we offer the option for people to work 2 days from home a week should they wish. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Friday.
