Job Title: Charity Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charity Support Coordinator to join our team at Interaction - Huntingdon. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our charity's mission to provide essential services to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage Drop-In sessions and Care Home visits to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Liaise with volunteers and stakeholders to coordinate resources, materials, and equipment needed for each session.

Maintain accurate records of session attendance, services provided, and client information.

Develop and implement strategies to expand the reach of our services to individuals with disabilities.

Collaborate with the team to identify potential community partnerships and resources to enhance program effectiveness and raise awareness about our charity's mission.

Requirements:

A deep empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact compassionately and effectively with clients, volunteers, and technicians.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.

Experience in coordinating or managing community-based programs is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.
