Are you passionate about tackling the climate crisis and making a positive impact on the environment? Do you want to be at the forefront of driving change and contributing to a sustainable future for your community? We are looking for a dedicated Climate Coordinator to join our team and lead the delivery of our council's climate strategy and action plan.

As the Climate Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of the council's climate strategy and action plan, collaborating with various council services to coordinate climate-related activities. Your role will be vital in supporting the council's corporate objectives, relating to climate, and overseeing climate performance monitoring, including carbon accounting. Your ultimate objective will be to help the council achieve its vision of becoming a carbon net zero council by 2040.
