**About Our Client**:
This role is for a leading transport and rail business, based in Liverpool, with a fantastic company reputation. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:

- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to share best practices in recruitment and maintain a seamless service.
- Develop relationships with the internal engineering community.
- Keep the Engineering Lead informed with regular progress updates, identifying risks and providing recommendations for mitigation as necessary.
- Advocate the use of recruitment technology across the organisation and offer support and training as needed.
- Contribute to the achievement of Recruitment KPI targets through individual and team performance.
- Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will have:

- Demonstrate success in overseeing the entire recruitment process, handling both high-volume and challenging-to-fill positions within a dynamic recruitment setting.
- Proficiency in employing diverse attraction methods, including direct sourcing through social media platforms.
- Confident, articulate, and adept at establishing connections with individuals at all organisational levels, while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail.
- Previous involvement in an advisory role, offering guidance and support to Line Managers in accordance with company protocols.
- Accustomed to working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a busy office environment, consistently achieving targets.
- Possess a valid UK driving license
