Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Talent Team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their business areas, and identifying recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business areas and recruitment needs.
  2. Screen and shortlist candidates who match the selection criteria, using a combination of phone and video interviews.
  3. Proactively source talent to build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates, leveraging industry connections and networks.
  4. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including branding and marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
  5. Collaborate with the Head of Talent to review and improve the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring it is efficient and effective.
  6. Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and other industry gatherings.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the legal industry and its recruitment needs.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in legal recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of the legal industry, including RTA, PI, Credit Hire, and Clinical Negligence.
  3. Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
  6. Ability to work as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
