The successful candidate will work with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and understand their business areas, the roles within their teams, and their recruitment needs.

  • Screen potential candidates via Teams/phone that match the selection criteria.
  • Proactive sourcing of talent to build and maintain a talent pipeline of suitable candidates.
  • Brand awareness on LinkedIn and relevant job boards.
  • Review and develop the end-to-end recruitment process with the Head of Talent.
  • Attend networking events.
