We are currently recruiting for a Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fantastic Talent Team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will work with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and understand their business areas, the roles within their teams, and their recruitment needs.

  • Screen potential candidates via Teams/phone that match the selection criteria.
  • Proactive sourcing of talent to build and maintain a talent pipeline of suitable candidates.
  • Brand awareness on LinkedIn and relevant job boards.
  • Review and develop the end-to-end recruitment process with the Head of Talent.
  • Attend networking events.
