We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Talent Team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their business areas, and identifying recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business areas and recruitment needs.
- Screen and shortlist candidates who match the selection criteria, using a combination of phone and video interviews.
- Proactively source talent to build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates, leveraging industry connections and networks.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including branding and marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the Head of Talent to review and improve the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring it is efficient and effective.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and other industry gatherings.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the legal industry and its recruitment needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in legal recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the legal industry, including RTA, PI, Credit Hire, and Clinical Negligence.
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
