**Job summary**

Whilst working for Dover Marina, you will be actively completing your apprenticeship whilst learning all elements of boatyard safety and how to operate within a marina/ boatyard environment.

Your main responsibilities will be to assist your colleagues with the varying demands across the marina which can change on a daily basis, your day-to-day duties could include, but are not limited to:
Boatlifting and safe shoring of vessels ashore, Operation of lock and bascule bridge, processing of payments and the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week

This is a Level 2 Apprenticeship that has a duration of 18 months.

Starting April 2023.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum GCSE Grade 4 or above in Maths & English
- You must be over 18yrs
- Have good oral and written communication
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Be able to work outside in all weathers
- Remain calm under pressure

**Interviews will be taking place week commencing 27th March 2023**

**Salary**: £15,000.00 per year
