Job summary


As an apprentice you will be required to work in various areas of the business to develop skills, knowledge and experience to provide administrative support and front-line visitor and stakeholder support and service.

You will be based at our Head Office in Dover.


This role incorporates study and completion of the Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard during the 20-month fixed term placement.


This will be starting September 2023

Skills and Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English Grade 4 or above
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Be able to demonstrate good communication skills
  • Be able to understand the business context
  • Have the ability to resolve problems and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Have good oral and written communication
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Full UK driving license preferable
