Job Summary


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and a keen interest in pursuing a career within Business administration.

With the appropriate on the job training, supervision, and guidance, you will provide support and administration in various areas of the business delivering confidential, high quality and proactive services to our customers in person, over the phone and online.

You will also be supporting our front-line visitors and stakeholders when they visit.

You will also have the opportunity to explore other areas of our business from time to time.

This position is to commence in September 2024, with an expected duration of 18 months.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 GCSE's or equivalent Grades 4, or above include Maths and English or demonstrable competency
  • Experience in working with people,
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 36
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ideally live within easy reach of Dover or have means of transport
