Job Summary

Working towards the achievement of the Construction Quantity Surveying Technician (Level 4). You will gain the knowledge and skills, and demonstrate the behaviour required in the monitoring and controlling of costs and contracts on construction projects.

This position is to commence in September 2024, with an expected duration of 36 months.

Skills and Qualifications


• Minimum GCSEs Grade 5 or above in Maths and English


• A Level in Maths/Science based subject or a T Level in Construction (desirable)


• Previous experience in a working environment, developing knowledge/understanding of basic level construction legislation (desirable)


• Excellent IT skills with competencies in Microsoft Office 365, including word and strong numeracy ability and data analysis skills using excel


• The ability to learn design and costing IT packages


• Have a genuine interest in Quantity Surveying


• Good communication skills


• Ideally live within easy reach of Dover or have means of transport
