**Social, Emotional, Mental Health Teaching Assistant**

**Location**:Northolt, Ealing

**Salary**:£82 - £105 per day

**Schedule**:Full-Time; Mon - Fri**; **8:30 - 16:00

A fantastic alternative provision school based in Northolt is seeking an experienced teaching assistant to provide support to their students with social, emotional and mental health issues.

**The school**:
The school caters to children from KS1 to KS5, with **SEMH, learning difficulties and behavioural difficulties**.

These students have arrived at the school having had a challenging experience at mainstream schools and therefore may display some challenging behaviours. The school is split between two sites and provides individual learning experiences for students which cultivates a purposeful workplace and opens opportunities for all students to engage with learning.
- Have experience or passion for working with children with SEN (particularly SEMH, Autism or challenging behaviour)
- Be flexible, proactive, and patient
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team
- Have a Background in Education, Care, Psychology or Drama, as these are very transferable.
