WE ARE ALSO BOTH THE HOME & TAP ROOM OF THE ARUNDEL BREWERY SO WE ARE ALWAYS BREWING AND SERVING EXCITING CRAFT BEERS ON SITE. ALL OF OUR DELICIOUS, FRESHLY MADE FOOD IS PREPARED ON SITE, TO ORDER, USING PRODUCE CAREFULLY SELECTED FROM THE VERY BEST SUSSEX BASED SUPPLIERS.

WE ALSO HOST A WIDE VARIETY OF EVENTS HERE AT THE BREWHOUSE PROJECT - MUSIC ACTS, COMEDY NIGHTS, SUPPER CLUBS & MORE SO THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING INTERESTING HAPPENING

WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A FULL-TIME EXPERIENCED BARISTA TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS OUR LOVELY SOPHIE IS HEADING OFF TO UNI IN SEPTEMBER.

THE KEY REQUIREMENT OF THIS ROLE IS A REAL PASSION FOR COFFEE AS YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO DELIVER AN AMAZING COFFEE EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS EACH & EVERY TIME THEY VISIT. YOU WILL NEED TO NOT ONLY BE CONFIDENT BEHIND A STATE OF THE ART ESPRESSO MACHINE (WE ARE VERY PROUD OF OUR SAN REMO F18) BUT ALSO CONFIDENT IN YOUR DEALINGS WITH CUSTOMERS AS THE COFFEE STATION IS VERY MUCH FRONT & CENTRE

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL**:

- BE ABLE TO WORK WITH A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT MILKS & COFFEES, DELIVERING QUALITY HOT DRINKS EVERY TIME
- PERFORM WELL UNDER PRESSURE
- BE SELF MOTIVATED & ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY, AS WELL AS BEING ABLE TO WORK WELL IN A BUSY TEAM
- BE POLITE & HARD WORKING
- ABLE TO QUICKLY GAIN A GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE & UNDERSTANDING OF OUR COFFEES, BIRD & BLEND TEAS, GREAT DELI FOOD MENU & OF COURSE OUR CRAFT BEERS
- ALL OUR COFFEE TEAM REGULARLY WORK BEHIND THE BAR SO YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO WORK EVENING SHIFTS.
- THIS IS A FULL TIME ROLE SO YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO WORK WEEKENDS & SOME EVENINGS BUT WILL ALWAYS GET TWO DAYS OFF TOGETHER DURING THE WEEK.
