Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to every visitor, demonstrating exceptional standards of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our centre highlights and experiences, enabling you to inform and enhance our visitors' experience.
- Gain exceptional product knowledge and proactively upsell to maximise sales, while minimising wastage through effective stock control measures.
- Adhere to our cash handling procedures and effectively use the epos system to ensure accurate transactions.
- Promote the WWT and drive membership sales wherever possible.
- Work across visitor services, retail, and catering departments, depending on the needs of the organisation.
What We're Looking For:
- A proven passion for delivering great customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- The ability to adapt quickly to different roles and responsibilities.
- Education to GCSE or equivalent level.
