About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Trading team at WWT Arundel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the overall success of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, enabling you to make informed recommendations and upsell opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across visitor services, retail, and catering departments to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Adhere to WWT's cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Promote WWT's conservation efforts and membership sales opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to different roles and situations.
  • Education to GCSE level or equivalent.
