It goes without saying, when a company grows - so does the risk and we’ve said it plenty of times now. Cooper Parry is growing So we need to make sure our risk team are able to keep up with the pace of growth and in responding to that we are looking for a Risk Coordinator to join us.
This is a brand-new role to the business so is a great opportunity to help shape the position and to provide support to an essential part of the business.
We offer flexibility on location, and this particular role offers remote working so can be based from our Sky View offices in Castle Donington or our Birmingham city centre office providing you are happy for occasion travel.
**A day in the life of a Risk Coordinator...**
As the Risk Coordinator you’ll be supporting the Risk and Compliance Manager in all thingswellrisk
You’ll provide essential administration and coordination support to the team. An integral function which till now has been missing, but is vital to make sure we can continue to provide the necessary support to the business and guarantee our booming growth is successful. You will
- Manage and update new starters on our Croner system and monitoring completion
- Assign and coordinate training sessions (AML), book sessions and rooms, chase up for completion and liaise with teams for non-compliance
- Support on admin/coordination tasks for the team
- Update systems (dynamics, Mercia)
- Collate survey updates
**What you’ll need**
As our new Risk Coordinator, you’ll have proven PA, Executive Assistant or Coordination support skills, ideally with knowledge of the industry and the challenges and risks faced by failure to comply.
Essentially, we need someone with/who is:
- Great attention to detail, to pick up the finer details
- Well organised in fast paced environment and able to prioritise workload
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build strong internal relationships and communicate effectively across the business
- Good sense of humor and team spirit
- Good use of Microsoft packages (essential)
