Surefreight International Limited are an expanding International Freight Forwarder / Transport Company. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Transport Department in Liverpool.
This is a full time PAYE permanent contract and you will be employed directly by Surefreight International Limited.
We are a privately-owned Company and class all employees as family. We pride ourselves on first class customer service and work in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Therefore, a personable and approachable individual would fit right in with us.
If you are a self-motivated individual with good customer service experience and have some exposure to working in a logistics or shipping environment this is the perfect opportunity for your further development within this Industry.
**The Role**
- Admin Support for the team
- Dealing with drivers, over the phone and in person
- Checking customers details and ensure collection and deliveries are on time
- Following processes, updating IT systems
- Ensuring compliance of the vehicles, drivers with the Transport Manager
