Customer Feedback Officer

**Purpose**
Customer Feedback Officer required to work within our repairs and maintenance team.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Working with the team to answer customers queries, feedback and complaints.
- Ensuring learning from feedback is embedded in the team to ensure service delivery meets the needs of our customers.
- Reporting queries, feedback and complaints on systems used.
**Mandatory Compliance Requirements**
- CV.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- The last 2 years written references with all gaps verified.
- Must be able to use ICT effectively.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service experience.
- A team with over 20 years Administration Public Sector/Trades/Built Environment/Construction Recruitment experience
- Access to a wide selection of Built Environment/Construction vacancies across the U.K
- The choice of PAYE or Limited company schemes
- Weekly payroll service
- Excellent rates of pay
**Salary**: £13.94-£14.44 per hour
