Fitzgerald Plant Services Ltd are currently seeking an administrator. The position is Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm, located at our Head Offices in Cwmbran / Pontypool. Salary is starting from £ 24,000 per annum, based on previous experience.

**Duties**
- Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate and clear records.
- Ensuring required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Report daily into manager regarding driver performance issues.
- Scheduling in-house and external maintenance
- Prepare weekly reports for both internal and external partners.
- Process and prepare warranty documentation and evidence.
- Review on-going and existing warranty claims to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Regular communication with salespeople to assist them in their day-to-day activities.
- Complete ad-hoc reports for manufacturer review.
- Using manufacturer provided software to input machine data.

**Essential Skills/Attributes**
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- The ability to work on your own initiative.
- Proficient organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks successfully.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Computer literate, including use of Microsoft Office.

**Desirable Skills/ Attributes**
- Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of plant and machinery.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal/communication and organisational skills
