Our well-established client, specializing in distribution and warehousing, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team in Cwmbran. This role involves general administrative duties and has the potential to become a permanent position for the right person after a successful trial period. Previous admin experience is required for this role.
**Duties will include**:
Invoicing: Handling invoicing tasks accurately and efficiently.
Stock control: Assisting with monitoring and managing stock levels.
Bookings: Managing appointments and bookings effectively.
General admin duties: Providing support with various administrative tasks.
Controlling temp employment: Assisting with the coordination of temporary staff.
Filing: Organizing and maintaining proper filing systems.
Answering the phones: Handling incoming calls and providing assistance.
